Terms & Refund Policy

These terms apply to orders placed and paid for via this website. They are a starting template — please have them reviewed and finalised before going live.

1. Ordering & pricing

• Prices shown are ex VAT unless stated; VAT is added at checkout where applicable.
• The launch discount and any multi-window discount are applied automatically and may be withdrawn at any time.
• All orders are subject to a site survey that confirms final measurements before manufacture.

2. Payment

• Payment is taken securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
• Full payment confirms your order and reserves your manufacturing and installation slot.

3. Site survey & price adjustment

• If the survey reveals the job differs materially from the configured specification, we will contact you with any adjustment before proceeding, and refund or collect the difference.

4. Cancellations & refunds (Consumer Contracts Regulations)

• You have the right to cancel within 14 days of placing your order for a full refund, except where manufacture of bespoke/made-to-measure items has begun with your agreement.
• Made-to-measure secondary glazing is produced to your specification; once manufacture has started, cancellation rights may be limited. We will make this clear before manufacture begins.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe.

5. Installation

• The optional installation charge (£90 per window) covers fitting by our installers. Larger projects may be quoted separately following survey.
