These Terms & Conditions govern the sale of goods and services by Secondary Windows Glazing through this website. Please read them carefully before placing an order. By placing an order you accept these terms.

Our secondary glazing is made to measure to your specification. Prices shown by the online configurator are indicative for standard sizes; larger or special units are confirmed by written quote. All prices are shown excluding VAT unless stated, and VAT is added at the prevailing rate. We may correct any obvious pricing error before accepting your order.
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms only when we confirm acceptance of your order by email. We may decline an order (for example, where measurements cannot be fulfilled or an error has occurred), in which case we refund any payment taken.
Unless you have ordered a site survey, you are responsible for the accuracy of measurements you supply. As goods are made to your measurements, we cannot accept returns due to incorrect measurements supplied by you (see clause 7).
Payment is taken at the time of order via Stripe (or by an agreed payment link for bespoke quotes). Title to the goods passes to you on full payment; risk passes on delivery.
Lead times are typically a few weeks from order confirmation and will be advised for your order. Delivery dates are estimates. Where you have selected installation, fitting is arranged with you and carried out by our approved installers. You are responsible for providing safe access.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the standard 14-day right to cancel does not apply to goods made to your specification or clearly personalised, which includes our made-to-measure secondary glazing once manufacturing has begun. You may cancel free of charge before we begin manufacturing by emailing us. This does not affect your statutory rights in respect of faulty goods.
Goods are supplied in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 — they must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If your goods are faulty or not as described, contact us and we will repair, replace or refund as appropriate. See also our Refund Policy.
We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Otherwise, our liability for any order is limited to the price paid for that order.
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England & Wales. If you are a consumer, you may also use the ICO or relevant ADR schemes where applicable.
